HELLO you guys!
it's been very long indeed since i last posted.
and yes,
i changed to a new url and edited my whole blog.
i find this blog and url even more interesting aites.
Going to Australia was never full of regrets for me.
instead, it changed for who i used to be.
a very memorable trip for me and will be remembered for life.
Despite the losses that we gained in the end,
we earnt the biggest respect.
spiritual with our fighting spirit throughout.
to also bond the love and friendships amongst us, the combine school team.
and i'm certainly glad that many fascinating things happened during this trip.
i gained knowledge, i built self-confidence and i really changed for who i used to be.
In Canberra, Australia is just a romantic and breathtaking place where miracle always happens.
unlike Singapore, i saw shooting stars. cute admiring shooting stars accompanied by tons of little stars around.
not insulting Singapore, but indeed Australia is a perfect place for cool, relaxation for people like you & me.
and yes,
these are the basketball players (CombinedSchoolTeam) i would remember for life,
for they were the ones who brighten my day and accompanied me throughout the whole journey.

2dy,de CST was fun bt V.LITTLE PPL SIA!Out of 24 ppl,becm 9 ppl sia!7 girls n 2 boys!So we meet at habourfront mrt 2 vivocity.Vivocity was lk v.crowded haha.Dan we went 2 Golden Village,wanted 2 watch yes man bt it will end quite long n plus some movie we watch liao,so in de end,we decided 2 go eat dan tk monorial 2 Sentosa.Dan when we go sentosa,we stop at de Beach station i guess,dan we go n ply water,we took pics thought without de boys whom dun wan,v.fun sia haha.Yaya gt soak wet.Dan we go 2 ply de Skyride n Luge,v.fun haha.Heng Wei sy i v.slow haha.Plyed lk 3 times le,v.fun sia...Dan aftr dat,we wanted 2 ply CineMaz bt rather ex.n plus must save mar haha dan we go 2 palaman beach.Dats whr almost every1 gt wet.haha.Ply bball smwhr,ALvin hv sand in his body...(: Dan Yaya n Ema hv 2 go so every1 go.We took de monorial bck,Heng Wei left his umbrella at de toilet.Dan Every1 went home,wad a day.N we saw an actor at Golden Village...Wad a dy i will nvr 4gt...(: LOVE CST!

Last Tues,de CST(combined school team)hv a bowling gathering.Me n Veron took de MRT meet de rest at city hall mrt...Dan we meet de rest,sad sia,Mernard didn't went...Dan we walk 2 de bowling center,wa kao walk v.far sia haha...Almost all of us plyed except Heng Wei,Danny,Me n Rong Ying.De girls book 2 ane while de boys book 1.Due 2 headache so didn't ply,so Me,Rong Ying n Danny strted 2 fell hungry so we went 2 eat,dan we past by Mr Ho walking 2 de bowling center.Wa kao,thy mk me jealous sia haha...we went Mac dan went bck 2 de cafe outside de bowling center,dan Xi Beng tried 2 eat my Chao Fan dan suddenly he spit out haha,ON MY HAND SIA!hehe...hot lar,dan we go bck again,dan MR Ho was plying wif de girls,v.fun thought.dan MR Ho had 2 go bck,sad.We plyed 4 games sia.Dan when we plyed finished,every1 went home.Dan Danny,Rong Ying,Me,Veronique n Myron went 2 de cafe 3 makan abit dan we ltr go home by MRT,aftr a long day,leg strt 2 tired liao,haha...>< I was waring de finger guard,dan KorKor Myron asked me 2 lent him,in de end i gave him haha... :D

B4 we go 2 Unity Sec,Mr Tan gv us our polo t-shirts bt nt our jerseys....Dan Isabelle,Yuan Ru,Yaya,Huda,Chu Yin,Veronique n Me sit in Mr HO car.Mr Ho sy 2 me"Captain(in chinese)sit infront haha(in chinese)2dy,we hv a friendly match against Unity sec...wa kao,they lk v.rough sia haha..bt thy r indeed gd plyrs..><...Some of de plyrs r p6 frm Nat-u13 de...I thk i scored bout 4-8 points...Although we lost in de end bt Mr Ho said we plyed v.well 4 de 1st game...I thk de score was 25-30(us)Vs 50-60(thm)...Mr Ho praise Me n Yuan Ru about just nw in de 4th quarter we did a pressing(double team)on a plyr...He said dat was wad he wan 2 find...cuze when 2 plyr block de person cnt find a way out...><...so we did a gd job la haha..Dan as captain,i suggested dat myb when our team score,de plyrs on court will myb encourage others by tapping our hands...><..dan Mr Ho ask me 2 lead thm in running 2 laps n stretching...>

Omg,ths morning,tk results liao.Damn nervous..We n de parents settle dwn at de school hall,i was sitting in between Amos n Wei Ling....When Mr Chin showed us our results 4 de whole school,we r lk always bttr dan in de NAtionals!YEAH!!!n 90% more s express!!!yeah,every1 so happy.Amos keep using his kickapoo soft drink n hit de floor haha.Dan we go 2 our class.Mdm Wong sy all subjects no1 failed...6 ppl go NA.Lucky i go EXPRESS bt cnt go NYGH..i was so sad.....Nw i m in confussion sia,dunno wad 2 do...whr 2 go!!!Dan alot of thm ask me hw much i gt,Nicholas gt 226 sia!!!bad lol..haha..n FYI,Lenice gt top!clap*clap*clap*, n Soon dan others...Javier said his mother cry?she sat on de chair lk fainted liao haha...><....So when i saw my results,i was lk gona cry.bt wad past hv alrdy been done...so i couldn't gt 2 my dream school,Nanyang..I feel so sry 2 my Coaches n Nanyang Coach,she really wan me 2 gt in badly...When she came 2 look 4 us,she told me nt 2 ply basketball nxt yr,study well so dat when Sec 2,i cn transfer...I almost wana cry...Aftr i chge my jersey 4 ltr tounament,we basketball plyrs some only lar took pics...so touching...><....Dan Lloryd n NAm Shen ply against me in basketball,v.cute sia thy all.cuze thy shorter dan me so i just us my hand 2 block thm,thy cnt c de board haha...>

2dy at 10.30a.m,Me,Chu Yin n Veronique go 2 SBC 2 meet my other teamates as we r hving a friendly match against de COE(Nat.u13)de 15 plyrs,bt only 9 plys lar.Our jersey lk v.funny sia haha...so weird s orange n white!When i reach SBC,my other teamates was outside.Penielle n Emalina was lk putting their hair dwn...><,dan me n Veronique went 2 toilet 2 chge in2 my jersey..De boys was having their match...Wa...Trash leh,bt thy play v.well liao lar...Mernard did bck passes...wa nice sia haha...We were sitting behind de boys...Dan Emalina told me dat Coach sy he will be late so wan me 2 lead thm 1st...So i brought thm outside n do stretching dan go in...Dan aftr awhile,we borrow ball n go another court n do lay-ups n others...So i told thm 2 do lay-up 1st,dan 2 person passing dan free-throw...Dan we go bck n sit dwn agian...Me,Chu Yin n Veronique sit on de table behind de boys haha...Dan aftr de boys finished their game..S our game,dan we do freestyle any shooting...My shooting accuracy wasn't dat gd cuze v.long didn't ply,only 5dys...Dan Chu Yin n Veronique go sabo me.Chu Yin sy Mernard ask me 2 wait 4 him 2 come n watch me ply..haha..jkjk...Dan de 1st quarter strt,bt Coach Ho hven come,so de boys team coach,Mr Ong replace him 4 de 1st 2 quarter.He ask us 2 hv de 1st quarter plyr out...erm Me,Chu Yin,Veronique,Isabelle n Yuan Ru..So we strt de 1st quarter i jumpball lar,as usual haha...Wa,v.unbelievable sia...De 1st few shots i SCORE DE!I was lk wa.i thk was bout 5 shots?Our team was lk crazy sia shout n scream,haha....De score was bout 14(Us)VS4(Thm)-Dan de nxt quarter...Dan de 2nd half quarter,Mr Ong ask me 2 ply as my Dad s leaving n i plyed so well haha...so yar...Dan ply lor,wa...Dan MR HO came at de 3rd quarter...De diff.frm a huge gap 2 a small 1,dan we chge techic,dan in de end de score was 59 : 57 dan we shake hands wif thm...Aftr game,Mryon keep pestering me bout Mernard haha...Dan we went 2 eat Mac..Mernard n de other was thr....haha...So dam pai seh leh...hehe...wad a day i will nvr 4gt 2!

WOW!I came bck frm Australia yesterdy...De Trip WAS SUPER FUN,SAD,COOL,LOVE IN AIR BT MOST OF ALL,DE GD EXPERIENCES WE BROUGHT BCK!On de 1st dy,aftr dinner,Mernard call n ask whr i was dan ask me 2 meet him at T3 de counter whr we should meet...Yuan Ru family n Mine went 2gether,dan we meet de rest.When de reach thr,almost all of thm check-in their luggage liao,so me n Yuan Ru quickly go n check-in.Wow,my luggage was lk 16.4kg!heavy sia...Dan Sharon came,guess wad?her luagge was lk so small!!!The smalliest leh...Dan i saw Mernard n his bro n dad...Veronique n Chu Yin told me dat Mernard's Dad ask who s amanda as Mernard keep asking 4 me,haha...Dan aftr we check-in our luagges,we hv 2 go departure liao,Mr Wong said aftr we show thm our passport,de girls hv 2 stand in a straight line n bow n wave 2 our parents,so de boys did 1st as all of thm hv check liao...Dan i quickly organise thm n 1,2,3we bow,smile n wave...I dunno wave 2 who leh,cuze my parents gone bck liao haha...dan was lk we walk 2 de departure 30 smthing...We walk n laught alot sia,haha...We took de travellator,wow,alot of thm sia...dan so slow sm more haha.Mernard n duno hu went infront n took pics...dan thy go n walk on de travellator bt de opp.way haha...dan when we reach thr,we cnt go in 1st,still early so Mr Wong n de other officials let us go walk around,dan at 11.30p.m,meet at de meeting place...Veronique,Chu Yin,Yuan Ru n Me went 2 burger king!Veronique treated us wif drinks haha..dan at 11.30 go meeting area...Veronique n Chu Yin went 2 tk de shuttle bus,Me n Yuan Ru dun dare,scared go wrong place...Me n Yuan Ru took de travellator,dan we pass de sign:Shuttle bus frm T3-other Terminals,dan We tot Veronique n Chu yin took de wrong 1 dan suddenly thy were infront of us haha..!!so funny dan we went 2 meeting area dan departure area dan plane..Wow in de plane,i sleep,eat,watch tv,talk n mostly SLEEP!!tiring sia...Mr Ho was sitting infront of me haha...Veronique,sitting window sit,Chu Yin,middle dan Me,de 3 of us,girls was sitting around wif de boys while de other girls sit other places 2gether!haha..Sharon v.ke lian,she siting alone bt nxt 2 her,r our girls team plyrs bt hv a gap in btw...Mernard dan use ppr n wrote notes 2 me,we use ppr 2 chat as we r both shy haha...Finally aftr long hrs of flight,we reached SDYNEY!!!IT was in de morning dan,we took our luggages n leave de airport n took de bus 4 a little tour...We went 2 c sm sceneries,SDYNEY S BEAUTIFUL!!Dan we hv our lunch ourself bt de lunch was provided,ME,CHU YIN,VERONIQUE,YUAN RU N SHARON went inside a building 2 hv our lunch no place 2 sit so we sat on a long bench(if u cn call dat),DE LUNCH WAS SUPER NT NICE,HAMBURGER WIF SO MNY VEGETABLE!HEARD DAT DE BOYS THROW AWAY N BOUGHT THEIR OWN LUNCH,HAHA...MY TEAM 2! We settle at our hostel soon in de evening,v.beautiful sceneries...Sharon,Chu Yin,Veronique n Me share room 11.Chu Yin n Veronique went 4 a quick evening walk,i asked thm 2 help me tk pics.At nite we hv our dinner,dan we will always hv a TEAM MEETING at de Conference Room,Mr Wong would brief us bout our match,dan Mr Tan on our outfits,dan Ms Wong would do a briefing bout our altittue,dan our Coach...OUR 1ST match was on Sun against NSW(NEW SOUTH WALES)thy hv mny tall plyrs,bt in de end de score was 32(SINGAPORE):99(NSW)our Coach ask us nt 2 let thm go over 100,wa so heng sia haha...De nxt dy,de girl team dun hv any matches so we went 2 support de boys team at de Belconnen center.While de boys hving warm ups,Coach ask us 2 practise 4 our nxt match,5 vs 5,we hv 2 wea our JACKET 2 ply!while de other 5 tk out their jacket.weird rite haha...De boys match was v.close!70(SINGAPORE)VS 71(NT)aftr de game.Mryon was extremely sad..Heard dat de photographer tk pic of him aftr de game.WTH!y gt lk dat de...arh...Dan we settle at a place 2 hv our lunch...Mr Tan gv us a smthing lk nwsppr which updated de latest games,dan hv my name on it only my surname,LIM,15 points wooh!!!LOV3 IT!!...So well,i guess of all de matches,Mryon n I was de top scorer,lk sis lk bro huh haha..He keep calling me Da jie,until i told him i m younger dan him haha...Of all de matches,i love de last match!!!De 2nd last match was v.dissapointed...Mr Ho was extremely sad,I cried...I actually hv 4 fouls liao,dan last 1 i charging foul!wt,dan i fell on de person n hurt my bck,my teamates help 2 gt me up 2 de bench,Mryon,Danny n my some of my teamates cm n surround me n ask if i m ok...Mernard was helping me 2 by blowing air haha...I would nvr 4gt ths touching incident.aftr de game,we hv a team meeting,Mr Ho was disappointed,he told us 2 apologise 2 Mr Wong,every1 strt 2 hv tears rolling dwn,Mr Wong gv each of us a High 5...he said we did our best...Dan i went 2 apologise 2 Mr Ho 2...Wow,aftr de game,my bck hurts sia.Chu Yin,Yuan Ru n Me,3 of us go treatment rm sia.I guess we go 2 australia s 2 gt injured haha...De last game,was de MY BEST GAME EVER IN MY LIFE...against A.C.T...De 1st n 2nd quater,i didn't ply really well till 3rd n 4th quarter,DAN I PLY WELL SIA...DE 1ST FEW SHOTS,I SHOT IN LEH...WOW,GT LUCK SIA WHEN OUR U-18 BOYS N GIRLS CAME,HAHA...MY TEAM WAS LK CRAZY SIA when i shot in haha...I ALSO DIDN'T NOE I COULD PLYED DAT WELL,MR HO WAS LK,"GD!PATIENCE,PATIENCE!..."DE SCORED DIFF.WAS LK 40-50 PLUS DAN DE 3RD,4TH QUARTER I GUESS I HELP DE TEAM 2 PULL UP,I DID ALOT OF LAY-UP...BAD,CNT C OUR BOYS PLY AS THY R ALSO PLYING 2...SO IN DE END,DE SCORE WAS 41(SINGAPORE)VS 71(A.C.T)...WE WERE STILL HAPPY ALTHOUGHT WE LOST,CUZE WE PLYED WELL...aftr hand shake,we had a team meeting.MR Ho was happy,he told us dat,when u hv de patience n u plyed well,u will feel lk u r plying v.happyily..haha it was true."Ths s ur BEST game!"he added.I was happy.Dan we c our boys game,although thy lost,bt it was a gd game.Our last game was on fri,n on dat dy,it was my first time holding Mernards hand on de bus,haha,dat gave me gd luck....2mrw continue

RI thrashed woodland ring !!!!!!!!!!WOHhoooo~!if im not wrong its mernard school
Raffles Institution makes history
today in a match played against australian international school , RI lost to AIS(austalian international school) by a mere 1 point game TT. The AIS were impressive , they overcame a 6 point decifit and lead with 9 points(claps)! And i committed 4 fouls in the first quarter ...
Then in the next two quarters , the RI team made a comeback and drew the game at 45-45 in the last few minutes in the third quarter. (woooh!) Then our momentum continued and we started to lead by 3-5 points then i got fouled out. Soon, they took back the lead and continued this 4 points lead till the last 5 secs before our team captain scored a three point at the buzzer to make the score 54-53 but we still lost ( -_- )... throughout the match there were many quarrels between the AIS coach with the referees as the coach claimed that the few calls were unfair. He wouldn't cease until the referees give in. So numerous calls that were supposed to be in our possession we reverted to theirs. That might be the one of the few reasons we lost the match. Our defence throughout the match wasn't tight enough, allowing their points guard #51 to break throught the defence and cut to the basketball. Plus our box out wasn't use efficiently as the AIS dominated the rebounds. And moreover the many fouls commited that got few a of our key players including daniel who tagged this blog fouled out plus the many silly fouls in the last few seconds that got us into foul troubles . first quarter 1 fouled out and the last quarter 2 more got fouled out and most of the players that had played in the game had 3 or 4 fouls. Actually AIS wasn't really strong but these reasons and blunt we made helped them emerged winners in the match . And our most important and pro center sprained his ankle two days ago which made use unable to score more points. He is the main scorer of the team but couldn't take part in the match if not we could have easily cruised over them...
